By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or stock issues, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–9 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

These are average estimates. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen reasons.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most orders across India.

  • In rare cases of oversized or remote-location deliveries, an additional charge may apply.
    If applicable, it will be shown during checkout.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number

  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch

5. Packaging & Safety

We ensure that all PlushDora products are:

  • Securely packed

  • Protected with quality wrapping

  • Checked for defects before dispatch

In case your package appears damaged on delivery, please take photos and contact us immediately.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

PlushDora is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Delivery refusal

If the package is returned to us:

  • We can re-ship it (additional charges may apply)

  • Refund will be processed only for product value (shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable)


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Although rare, if your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner

  • Provide updates and support

  • Offer a replacement or refund based on the courier investigation


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
PlushDora ships within India only.
