Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PlushDora.
We want you to love our products, and we aim to offer a smooth and transparent return experience.
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through https://plushdora.com/.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product has manufacturing defects

  • You received a product with missing parts or accessories

To be eligible:

  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Photos/videos of the damage or issue are required for verification

We currently do NOT accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or color preference.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Bean Bags that have been filled or customized

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked “Non-Returnable”)


3. Return Process

If your product is eligible:

  1. Email us at hello@plushdora.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/videos of the defect

    • Description of the issue

  2. Our support team will verify the request within 24–48 hours

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable


4. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

Replacements are processed after verifying the issue and availability of stock.

If the item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A refund

  • A different product of equal value


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Approved return of a defective/damaged item

  • Order cancellation (within allowed time)

  • Product not available after purchase

  • Failed delivery and return to origin (conditions apply)

Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed back to:

  • Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

  • Or as Store Credit (if preferred)

Refund Timeline

Refund processing may take:

  • 5–7 business days for most payment methods

  • 7–10 business days in case of payment gateway delays


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Before the product is shipped

Once the item is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the refund timeline above.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage or defect, PlushDora bears the reverse shipping charge.

  • If a customer wants to return for personal reasons (rare & subject to approval), two-way shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your delivery package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Please take photos/videos immediately

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours

  • Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved

This helps us process your request smoothly with the courier.


9. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges, unless the delivered item is defective or incorrect.
